Special Event Application

Prior to completing the Special Event Application, event organizers are encouraged to read the Special Events Standard as it will help guide them through the application process. For questions before submitting the Special Event Application please call 519-759-4150 ext.5549.

A minimum of 120 days advance-notice is required for all special event bookings. Filling out this application does not guarantee your permit will be issued or that permission will be granted. Event applicants will be sent details from City staff once we receive your application.

Personal information collected on this form is collected under the authority of section 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended and will be used solely to contact the person(s) filling out this application for a Special Event Permit with the City of Brantford.
