Residents are reminded that the City’s Collection Contractor has until 5 p.m. to complete collection activities on collection days. Please note that the City will only accept reports of missed collection the morning after a resident’s scheduled collection day.If collection has been missed ensure the materials have been left at the curb before reporting a collection issue.
Starting January 1, 2025, please contact Emterra at 1-888-597-1541 or customercareont@emterra.ca for all your recycling collection inquiries.
