Call for Artists - 2025 Brantford Youth Excellence

Youth artists (ages 15-25) are invited to perform and/or share their artwork at the Brantford Youth Excellence Awards happening on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at The Rope Factory Event Hall (111 Sherwood Drive, Unit 27, Brantford). Musicians must arrive for sound check by 5 p.m., and visual artists must ensure pieces are on site and properly displayed by 6 p.m., before the start of the awards ceremony.

Musicians are requested to perform two acoustic songs (this can include brass, wind, string, and singer-songwriter styles). Visual artists can display up to three pieces of art. Visual art pieces must be printed and frame or on a canvas, the pieces must be able to display hung on a wall.

Please apply using the form below by April 11, 2025. Spaces are limited up to 5 musicians and 5 visual artists.

Selected musicians and artists will be provided $50 gift card and are invited to sell merch/promote their art at an artist table at the event.
