Please complete an application for each tournament, clinic/camp, seasonal age/league division. The contract will be named and referenced by your organization, age or league division, and team name and coach (practices) that applies to each booking series.
Applications for tournaments must be submitted by February 15. Applications for all other play must be submitted by March 15.
Please note that filling out an application does not guarantee availability.
Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of section 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended and will be used solely to contact persons making application for a sports field contract with the City of Brantford. Please upload your season schedule below. Tournament schedules are required at least seven (7) days before your tournament starts. Practice requests will be processed following the tournament/seasonal game bookings.

All organizations/contract holders must provide a minimum two million dollars liability insurance naming the Corporation of the City of Brantford as “Additional Insured”. (events and activities deemed high risk may require higher coverage.) Liability insurance is available to purchase for individuals/leagues that do not have access to other insurance, (i.e. a governing body insurance). The insurance premium will be added to the contract.
