Please fill out the following form to submit your City of Brantford Rental Application. You must fill out this application for each rental request. This application is a request only and does not guarantee a permit will be issued or availability. Holds on dates are not permitted. Bookings for tournaments are required at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the tournament. Game/Practice requests will be processed after tournament bookings have being confirmed in our system.
Personal information, as defined in the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), is collected and authorized under Section 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, and will be used to process the rental application.
