The Clerk or designate (Commissioner of Oaths) reviews the document to determine if it meets our specifications.
Once a team member has reviewed your submission as per the application form, you will be contacted by phone or email for an appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse commissioning services of any document. All form fields are required.
Please be advised that effective January 1, 2024 the fee to commission documents will be $28.00 + HST.
