The City’s dedicated team of Municipal Law Enforcement Officers provide a vital education service to the community and, when required, investigate by-law complaints fairly and in a timely manner. The accuracy of the information provided by residents reporting a by-law infraction greatly assists in the investigation of the complaint.

Please complete the fields below as accurately and thoroughly as possible. Once your complaint is registered, a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer will review the information to determine the appropriate action. The City of Brantford will maintain the confidentiality of the personal information shared using this form; however, Municipal Law Enforcement Officers may use this information to reach out to you to obtain additional details with respect to the complaint.
