The purpose of the Brantford and Area Sports Hall of Recognition is to recognize those athletes who have achieved the highest standards of excellence and those in supporting roles whose contributions have been exemplary and significant.

Notice of Collection

Personal information on this form is collected and authorized under Section 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 and will be provided to the Sports Hall Executive Committee and Selection Committee for the purpose to determine eligibility for induction to the Brantford and Area Sports Hall of Recognition. Step One: Begin Nomination Process

What is the nature of your nomination?

An Organization: A recognized group, either public or private, that promotes, supports, sponsors or operates local sports activities.

An Athlete: An individual who has competed in sport at a National or International level.

A Builder: Builder is an individual (other than an athlete) who has made an outstanding contribution to a sport at a National or International level.

An Individual: An individual (other than an athlete) who has made a major contribution to the development and advancement of sport in our/their community.

A Team: A group of individuals participating as a sports team and representing our/their community.
