Wheels on the Pavement Volunteer Application

The City of Brantford, in partnership with the Neighbourhood Hubs, is seeking volunteers to assist at the Wheels on the Pavement event on Sunday, May 25, 2025, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Brantford and District Civic Centre, 79 Market Street, South. We are looking for volunteers to help with set up and tear down, staff the information booth, direct vehicles, and engage with the community to ensure everyone has a fantastic time at this fun, family-friendly event.

Important information:

Volunteers must be available on Sunday, May 25, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Volunteers must be available to attend mandatory virtual training on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

The application deadline to apply is Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

Please note that the information collected from this submission is collected under the authority of Section 10 (1) of Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, and will only be used for the purposes of contacting those applying to be volunteers for the Wheels on the Pavement event.
