The online business licence renewal system has been designed to better serve licensees by providing remote access. Before you begin, please ensure you have all supporting documentation ready to be uploaded in either JPEG or PDF format. Uploading this information will help to avoid process delays.
Please enter your invoice number which can be found on your renewal notice to begin the renewal process. Should you have any questions throughout the renewal process, please contacting licensing@brantford.ca or 519-759-4150 Ext: 5871.
Any business that is currently operating under an active business licence is required to renew their licence by March 31, 2024 per the City's Licensing By-Law (Municipal Code 326).
If your business has closed, please notify the Licensing Team of your operational status at licensing@brantford.ca
Personal information, as defined in the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), is collected and authorized under Section 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, and will be used to process your business licence and contact you with any pertinent information related to your business.
