Leaf/Snow Buddy Volunteer Application Form

Leaf and Snow Buddy volunteers are essential to eligible Brantford residents in need of raking or shoveling help during the fall and winter months. Please note that although a Snow Buddy can shovel the driveway, the program is intended to ensure that sidewalks and walkways are shoveled. If you are interested in being a Leaf and/or Snow Buddy volunteer, please fill out the following application.

Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of section 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended and will be used solely for the City of Brantford's Leaf/Snow Buddy program.
