Memorial tree and plaque application

Commemorate a loved one by planting a new tree with or without a plaque or by placing a plaque at an existing tree in one of our cemeteries. Please complete the form below and our staff will gladly assist you in choosing a suitable location or existing tree.

Payment options

Please call the Cemetery Administration Office at 519-753-0313 to arrange for payment.

  • A deposit of $250.00 must be received to confirm your order. The balance is due before installation. 
  • All prices include HST
  • Acceptable methods of payment are cash, debit, e-transfer to cemeteries@brantford.ca, , credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or cheque payable to "City of Brantford"
  • Trees are under warranty two (2) years from the date of installation

Bronze plaque memorial message

The bronze plaque is 9 inches x 5 inches with a maximum of five (5) lines and 32 characters per line. This includes spaces, punctuation, letters and numbers.
