Site Plan securities are required by the City to act as a guarantee to ensure that properties are developed in accordance with the registered site plan agreements and the approved drawings and reports. Once the site works have been completed, it is the responsibility of the applicant to request the reduction of the posted securities.
To initiate the reduction of the securities, please complete the following online form and submit any required attachments.

Personal information, as defined in the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), is collected and authorized under Section 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, and will be used to process your application for a Site Plan Security Release and contact you with any pertinent information related to your request.
