Under the Mayors’ Housing Partnerships Task Force, the Brantford-Brant Affordable Housing Development Mentorship Program aims to connect people with specialized knowledge and skills-sets with those who are looking for this support, in order to develop more affordable housing options in the City of Brantford and the County of Brant.
Affordable housing can be housing that provides a mix of market rents at or just under 100% of Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation’s most recent average market rent (AMR) combined with at least forty% of units that have deeply affordable rents (60-80% of AMR or less).
This survey is to help us better understand the organizations and groups interested in developing more affordable housing so we can match resources, specialized skills and experiences with those who want this support.
Please note that the personal information collected on this survey is collected under the authority of Section 10 (1) of Municipal Act, 2001, as amended and will be used to only contact you should you indicate an interest in developing affordable housing. Questions about this collection should be directed to City of Brantford Communications, 100 Wellington Sq., Brantford ON, N3T 2M2, Telephone: 519-759-4150, Email: communications@brantford.ca.
